This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Texas High Plains was double barrel aged - 6 months in American Oak, and then moved into fresh Bourbon Barrels for 3 months. The result is a smooth mouth-pleasing blend of true cabernet characteristics, caramel overtones, and a beautiful cab finish.
