A Whole New World of Flavor
As the latest member of our family, we are proud to have MC Ciders producing our delicious and refreshing ciders. All of their ciders are produced just like our wines, with freshly grown Texas fruit, hops and made in-house.
“As you have likely noticed, we don’t do anything around here that’s “normal”. Same goes for the way we release ciders. everything we make is in small batches, therefore creating very limited availability. Also, we rarely make the same cider twice. We love to tinker and experiment, so new things are coming out all the time!”

Fiona Apfél 2.0
Fiona is a classy lady, but she can also be a bad bad girl. Made from a blend of 5 different apples, and dry hopped with a heaping amount of chinook and centennial hops, Fiona Apfél is an easy drinker. This cider is super refreshing with a light body, medium to high carbonation level, and a floral yet complex hoppy nose. Perfect for spring.
Pearl's Jam
This cider is based off of a German blueberry pie recipe, with some liberties taken with the graham cracker addition. This cider is massive, and it's sure to pack a punch!
Janis Hoplin
Janis is wild, rough around the edges, and fierce. we start with our signature blend of cider apples, add fresh Texas peaches, and apricots. Then, we age it on bourbon vanilla beans and wheated whiskey soaked American oak staves. Finally, we dry hopped it with an obscene amount of citra hops. Very limited!
My Bloody Clementine
Apples, blood orange, and clementines create a juicy backbone for the heaping amounts of citra and mosaic hops. Although there are tons of hops, you will not encounter any bitterness here. Cheers to summer!
